We are also a Medicaid and Handicapped Children's Program provider as well as a Colorado Workers' Compensation and Colorado Rehabilitation Services provider and are contracted with a number of managed care organizations.       If a patient’s device is covered by insurance, the co-pay is required at the time of delivery of the device.       If a patient is not covered by insurance, one half the total fee is required before fabrication is begun and the balance is due at the time of delivery.       In most cases, shoes and pedorthic devices are not covered by insurance. Patients receive an explanation of our billing policies during their initial visit. For patients in need of special financial arrangements, a consultation will be held to establish a payment program.
